Your 1st breath, your eyes are closed, but you're looking through your mind's eye and can see where you were. Like, you have that memory of the room around you. Take one deep breath. As you exhale completely, you drop from your mind's eye, your 3rd eye, into your throat chakra or throat, and you can visualize what that looks like, and then you take a 3rd breath. As you exhale completely, you drop from your throat and into your heart, and you wait for this sensation, which is just this calm and peaceful homecoming feeling I was talking about earlier. And you get into that space of pure love and no judgment. And when you're there, you're sitting with a notebook and a pen, And you say, what does my soul want me to know? And you start writing."   19:54 - "People have told me it's like ten years of therapy in an hour. I don't say that lightly, and I don't mean to take away from therapy or anything like that, but what it is is there's no judgment."   31:51 - "The answers are inside of you. The answers aren't inside of me. If a person comes to me for a session, they've attracted me to pull it out of them, but it's out of them."   ## About Julie Wainer Julie is a profound intuitive channel and spiritual teacher/coach, offering life-changing sessions to individuals globally. Her journey into the world of spiritual guidance began in 2006 when she immersed herself in studying the law of attraction and delved into the teachings of various channels. Little did she realize that, all along, she was a channel herself.   Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Julie initially carved her path as a health, fitness, and wellness coach and certified personal trainer. However, her mother's passing in 2020 and her collaboration with a life coach unveiled her true calling as a channel. In retrospect, Julie discovered that she had unknowingly been channeling throughout her life.   Motivated by a profound desire to share her newfound knowledge, Julie evolved into her role as a verbal channel. Today, she assists her clients in connecting with their higher selves to create the lives they dream of.    Julie and The Guides believe that life is meant to be enjoyable. Through her work, she demonstrates how individuals can stay in their power and lead blissful lives daily—offering real-life solutions tailored for everyday people.   **Mentioned Resources:** [In Order To Be Selfless You Must Be Selfish](https://www.juliewainer.com)   ## Connect with Julie Wainer [Website](https://www.juliewainer.com) [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/juliewainer/)   **Enjoy today's episode?**   1.
