In 2010, I started telling people to “throw out their goals and just decide.”

Some people thought I was a little crazy since I’ve been a pretty goal-driven guy all my life.

But when I explain my viewpoint, most understand and I hope you do too.

Since we are about to close out another year and decade, I thought re-airing that video was timely.

The funny thing is that my views haven’t change not one bit.
