In today’s episode, I will share a framework of a way to think about goal setting. I’m against the general idea of goals, specifically, that are lofty or set so high that you have to do crazy things to ascertain them.
I don’t think goals are wrong. Yes, I’ve used goals of the year, etc. I’m going to share with you this episode where I believe goals break down and where goals fall short.
